Enfocus will present its full suite of PDF tools and automation solutions at Print 09. On the Crossroads booth (#6763), Enfocus will demonstrate how the latest versions of PitStop Pro 09 and PitStop Server 09 boost efficiency and offer smarter functionality and easier integration.
"Print 09 is the perfect backdrop to show what the latest versions of PitStop Pro 09 and PitStop Server 09 can do," said David van Driessche, director of Enfocus marketing. "PitStop Pro 09 makes light work of PDF files. Its advanced editing tools enable users to remedy those last-minute problems in moments. Plus the user interface has been improved, so users can customize their set-up exactly how they want it."

"And the latest version features a new predictive Action List engine, which boosts the efficiency of Action Lists and preflight profiles."
On the Crossroads booth, Enfocus will be jointly presenting their solutions with other key Crossroads partners Axaio, callas, Elpical, Proofmaster, and DMP. Integrating with Enfocus Switch Automation suite, Crossroads forms an essential part of the Enfocus online community that brings together a number of software vendors with their users. At Print 09, customers will see how these solutions integrate with each other and form a smooth automated workflow.
Enfocus PitStop Pro 09 is an Adobe Acrobat plug-in for checking and fixing PDF files in professional publishing environments. Editing tools make it possible to do last-minute corrections both for individual objects and globally throughout the entire PDF document.
The latest version of PitStop Pro is comprised of an array of PDF editing tools that allow users to edit text; change colors; and move, rotate or scale objects. The user interface has been optimized to improve efficiency, letting users more easily customize their work environment.
The new release also includes a redesigned global change engine that allows users to more readily apply Global Changes to long PDF documents. Different versions of Global Changes with predefined settings can be saved and then accessed via "Favorites" in the global change panel. PitStop Pro 09 also contains powerful design layout tools that allow users to quickly visualize existing page boxes and safety zones.

PitStop Server 09 is a preflighting and auto-correction tool for high-volume and unattended PDF workflows. Built on the Enfocus preflight engine, it checks all aspects of PDF files and detects missing or corrupt fonts, incorrect colors, objects without bleed and much more.
The newest version 09 takes full advantage of multiple processor or multiple-core systems. Its new predictive Action List engine optimizes the execution of Action Lists and preflight profiles, even further increasing the speed of the solution. Other new features include real background processing on Mac and easier integration with larger systems through the use of the new command-line interface (CLI).
PitStop Server 09 also integrates with Enfocus Switch to provide preflighting and auto-correction of PDF files in larger automated workflows.
