Sakurai USA, Inc. introduces the MS-80All cylinder screen press.

Sakurai USA, Inc. will mark its tenth consecutive year as an SGIA exhibitor with the North American introduction of the Sakurai MS-80All cylinder screen press.  A complete Sakurai screenprinting line with the new screen press, Natgraph Electronic UV drying system, and automatic sheet stacker will be running live in Booth 3651 at the SGIA Expo, September 14-16, 2016 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.  

Launched at Drupa, the new MS-80All features a larger, 31.5x21.5 inch sheet size, higher running speed of 4,000 sheets per hour, ergonomically designed control panel, static free paper path and many more features to increase productivity and performance.

Sakurai Cylinder Screen Presses are the accepted print engine for the overlay, membrane switch and credit card markets. And the workhorse MS-80All like the MS-80A are ideal for use on a myriad of industrial applications, such as specialty finishing, glitter, soft touch, flood, and spot coating, tagless labels, heat applied transfers, pressure sensitive applications, printed circuits, electronics, and more.

At SGIA, screenprinting experts from Sakurai and industry partner Natgraph will be on hand to assist screen printers and trade binderies in custom designing a printing drying and curing system to match their specific requirements.

Sakurai cylinder screen presses are available in sizes from 20.5x28 inches to 48x63 inches.  And the Maestro prints on a wide range of substrates such as plastic film, paper, board, and foil with accurate spot coating and special effects.
