LifePrint Augmented Reality Photo Printer

LifePrint has announced a Kickstarter for the world's first Augmented Reality photo printer that can print an Apple Live Photo, a GoPro video, or a Vine.

LifePrint is a portable photo printer and app that uses ZINK Technology to introduce the world to augmented reality photos. LifePrint's photo printer and mobile app lets users easily print photos from any social media via their smartphone and then uses augmented reality to bring those photos to life. LifePrint is capable of printing and sharing images from GoPro cameras, Apple Live Photos, Vine videos, Instagram, YouTube and more, bringing printed photos to life like in the Harry Potter films.

Printing with LifePrint is easy: Just open the LifePrint app, select any photo or video from your camera roll, and hit print. The photo will wirelessly print in about 60 seconds over your data network via Bluetooth.

We have a whole social network backend where users can send and receive real photos with friends who have the app, making it more than just a printer. Think of it, Vine and YouTube celebrities can even print out real videos to their fans and give them something that comes to life in their hands, a much better experience for a fan than just clicking 'like' on a screen."
