This new Auto-Count has a streamlined interface, improving usability and information delivery. Utilizing real-time visuals to provide a snapshot of production, Auto-Count is designed to optimize production for printing and finishing equipment.

Auto-Count – part of the EFI Productivity Suite – integrates seamlessly with the EFI Radius ERP solution and EFI PrintFlow Dynamic Scheduling, providing an end-to-end automated workflow solution. The total system delivers valuable capabilities including:

• Real-time run lists, based on up-to-the-minute business intelligence, delivered to each work center including descriptions, configurations and production counts.
• A direct machine interface to collect and track information on all operations performed a work center, including set up, run and downtime. The Auto-Count desktop provides production teams with a dynamic view of the production process. This information is reported to the Auto-Count Plant Manager and the EFI Radius ERP for operation-wide status and historic analysis.
