ReadyPrint

ReadyPrint from Rochester Software Associates (Booth 231) is a breakthrough in make ready software based on RSA’s AnyPrint technology. ReadyPrint is a full-function, printer- agnostic solution that allows operators to use a single tool for make ready to drive print to production digital devices, regardless of manufacturer. It’s an intuitive, easy to use prepress solution with a PDF workflow that universally enables print operators to easily modify and enhance print jobs, sending fully ticketed jobs directly to production printers.

ReadyPrint assembles jobs into one document from multiple formats including PDF, Postscript, image formats, hardcopy, and even native office documents. Operators can view print and finishing options and see the impact of changes in real time; modify, improve, clean up, and enhance images; reorder, renumber, delete and insert pages; add page annotations such as watermarks, stamps, page numbers, headers and footers; impose documents; and save job ticketing as part of the file for future re-prints .

RSA’s output management and Web to print solutions, QDirect and WebCRD have very tight integrations with ReadyPrint, enabling a seamless exchange of documents with full job ticketing to create or adjust print ready documents.

ReadyPrint is available as stand-alone software, or as an integrated module of WebCRD and QDirect software solutions.
