Avanti Computer Systems Limited (Booth 861) is introducing an API (Application Programming Interface) interface that automatically sends lead information from a printer’s main website, third party site or micro-site directly into Avanti CRM, a part of Avanti's Print MIS. The information is auto-populated in real-time in the ‘Leads’ tab in CRM.
This web service seamlessly communicates website visitor information to Avanti CRM. When a customer or prospect visits the website and inquires about a certain product/service, Avanti CRM automatically creates a new contact in the database (or adds a new contact to an existing company) and auto-populates the contact field such as company, contact, address, email, notes, etc.
Avanti also recognizes that a follow up action is required and automatically creates an ‘activity’ in the ‘My Activities tab’ in Avanti CRM (where sales reps manage their daily tasks). Follow-up action items such as customer inquiries, priority status, due dates, notes etc., are assigned to the appropriate rep. When the sales rep logs into Avanti CRM at the beginning of their day, the activity tab opens to display all the new lead tasks for follow up.
