Harris & Bruno International (Booth 2835) has delivered an offline coater that utilizes chamber/anilox technology to apply matte, soft touch and other difficult to run coatings.

A major improvement over common roller coaters, ExcelCoat’s Chamber/Anilox Metering System is able to deliver even and consistent lay down with gloss, matte and specialty coatings with particulates. Additional unique ExcelCoat components include roll positioning via eccentric bearings, a full-length vacuum system that prevents fires, and linked PLC controls. Partnered with Harris & Bruno’s decades of experience, these features deliver a machine with unsurpassed throughput, automation and production speeds. 

Also showcased will be the Harris & Bruno LithoCoat system, which is the preferred chamber/anilox/circulation system for tower coaters throughout the world. Options such as heating, chilling, mixing, viscosity control and anti-foam devices are available to suit any tower coater application.
