Impulse Extreme Automatic Folding Feature

Miller Weldmaster has developed an automatic folding feature for their Impulse Extreme that automatically folds a pocket from one inch to 12 inches. This automatic feature increases productivity by taking out the time consuming task of measuring and laying out your fabric prior to welding.

A simple rotary wheel changes the size of the pocket and the folding bar creates the precise fold for a perfect weld every time. "This new feature is very popular with the sign shops," said Laura Teter, Sales Manager. "It simplifies the setup for the less experienced operator to create the perfect pocket."

Once the job has been set up, the operator can replicate banners and increase productivity. The folder is an option on the three-meter Impulse Extreme. Awning shops tend to use the Impulse Extreme because it produces a nearly invisible seam and the welded seam is leak proof.
