Fusion Cross

BÖWE SYSTEC's (Booth 2207) high-performance inserting system, Fusion Cross, continues to enhance its capabilities. On display is the Fusion Cross solution processing continuous forms for Flats and letter formats all with fully automated changeover. Three additional enclosure options expand Fusion Cross’ Single Machine Type Strategy capabilities as the most flexible high speed inserter on the market. A new Rotary feeder capable of processing a thickness of up to 8 mm (5/16”) is now available along with Pre-stacking and an Autoloader option to allow operators to keep pace with the high speeds that Fusion Cross has demonstrated while running thick policy and brokerage type booklets. The Recipe driven operating system, Cockpit, has proven to be a simple yet powerful platform for creating and processing complex jobs with ease. A wizard with graphic based set-up screens guides an operator through all aspects of an application and reduces training to a minimum.
