RDC Flex Rotary Die Cutter

THERM-O-TYPE is introducing the RDC Flex Rotary Die Cutter. Using the RDC Flex Rotary Die Cutter, customers can quickly and accurately die cut odd shaped products. Ideal for finishing cards with round corners and decorative borders, the RDC-3852 comes standard with a waste stripping station and delivery conveyor. It has been designed for fast set up and is ideal for large and small quantity orders. Registration pins are used to accurately positioned dies on the magnetic cylinder. Vertical and horizontal registration are controlled using a touch screen computer and set up information can be stored and retrieved. Pre-set waste stripper assemblies can be attached or removed without tools, eliminating the need to reposition individual stripper fingers when changing formats. Complete set up time can be as little as two minutes when setting up a stored program.
