QRS Roll Sheeter LS Model- Integrated Inline Roll Sheeter with Lap Splicer

The new LS model roll sheeter is the industry’s first inline integrated dual roll sheeter lap splicer combination system, bringing together all the benefits of a traditional roll sheeter with the continuous feed operation made possible by a lap splicer. The LS model integrates seamlessly with all major medium and large format sheet-fed printing presses up to 65” (1640mm) wide and readily accommodates both new and retrofit installations. Quantum Roll Sheeters’ product development team leveraged the automation controls systems expertise of Quantum Design in the engineering of an operator-friendly, fully automated controls system with HMI touch screen for the LS model.  And the entire Quantum Roll Sheeters product line, including the new LS model, is supported by KTI’s best-in-class global parts and service.
