Roland DGA Corp. has introduced new vise fixtures for its MPX-80/90 impact printers, EGX-360 gift engraver and the ZV-23C center vise.

The new fixtures optimize Roland impact printers and engravers by expanding the range of items that can be engraved. The vise fixtures consist of a pin jig featuring 10 pins, a pen fixture, and medallion/seal fixtures. Each is easy to set up and fits on the existing machine vises. The fixtures quickly and easily secure objects in place for precision results on a multitude of materials.

Roland's MPX-80/90 desktop impact printers quickly and easily add text, photos, logos and other artwork to metal and acrylic items for unique jewelry, dog tags, key chains, pens, serial number plates, ID badges and more. MPX printers produce permanent images and text without leaving any residue from the materials imprinted.

Combining, precision, reliability and ease of use, Roland EGX engravers are perfect for producing high quality awards, ADA signage, and engraved items ranging from gifts and photo frames to jewelry and other accessories. The EGX-360 rotary gift engraver engraves complex designs onto curved, cylindrical, domed, flat and irregular surfaces including glass, acrylics, woods, laminates, metals and many other materials.

Priced at $299.99, the vise fixtures are available through authorized Roland dealers across North and South America (except Brazil). Starting in April, they can be purchased online at www.rolanddgastore.com (U.S. only for online orders).
