Steve Charbonnier

Steve is a Research Analyst with InfoTrends’ U.S. Production Workflow Consulting Service. In this role, Steve is responsible for responding to client inquires, conducting market research and analysis, custom consulting engagements, assist in forecasting market growth, and providing coverage of industry events in relation to the production software and workflow market.

Before starting with InfoTrends Steve worked for Océ/Canon Solutions America where he was an account executive working in corporate print environments focusing on selling and educating the market on print production equipment, software, and print management services. Before joining Canon, Steve worked at Candlewood Image Solutions, a wide format printing and graphics shop specializing in custom artwork installations, displays, and exhibits.  Steve also has experience with Lean and Six Sigma production standards from time spent working on projects in Standard Register’s financial and label printing departments.

Steve is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. He received a BS in Graphic Media Publishing, with a focus on Print Processes, and minored in Communications.
