Founded in 1971, Reprocentre Group continues to thrive due to our strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Like any company, customers are the reason we exist, but we also recognize the importance of brand leaders, who help us to provide our customers with ‘best in class’ products.

Since most of our customers rely on us for routine supply of consumables and service, we have a responsibility to ensure that the systems we sell are maintained professionally. We therefore employ trained and experienced engineers, who work on a rota basis, across the island of Ireland.

Our principle location is in Dublin which, together with our Belfast operation, houses a combined staff of 21, 8 of whom are field service engineers. The shareholders are all executive directors of the company with specific responsibilities for driving the business forward.

Our commitments to the highest standards of product quality, financial management, recruitment and staff training ensures that both customers and suppliers can rely on us, over time.

We have dedicated warehousing, transport and logistic support for delivery twice daily in the greater Dublin area, and operate a next day service across the island. The showroom, which is fully fitted with all services, has 120 SqM of available floor space and is in constant use for presentations, customer trials and operator training. There are dedicated workshops, together with the normal complement of offices etc. Belfast has a combined workshop and warehouse, together with offices, and supports our substantial efforts in the North.

For over 40 years, the company has followed a successful policy of building long term relationships with suppliers and customers. Agfa, HP and Esko have been at the core of this, with significant additional agreements with KBA, Mimaki, Horizon, Morgana, Vacuumatic, Presstek, MacTac, Canon, GM Media, and Guandong.

Several of our customers are likewise now in their second or even third generation of dealing with Reprocentre. 

As a company, we have grown through two changes of ownership, the first being the purchase by IWP plc in 1988, and the second an MBO in 2000. Each decade of our history has brought new challenges and people, as well as evolution in existing markets and the opening up of new ones. 

Our future strategy is to develop the market in Ireland with class leading products from branded suppliers and in so doing to support our customers with experienced sales and engineering teams, focused on delivering added value. We fully appreciate the importance of all forms of print to our future and believe that our key strength is providing a range of products and services that will ultimately power the growth of our company.
