Xante (Booth 431) is demonstrating the ILUMINA Heavyweight Champion and Production Feed System in action. The complete digital solution allows users to print on a wider variety of media including extremely thick card stocks up to 500gsm. A four-part color process combines multilevel LED printheads, microfine toner, and Single Pass Color Technology™ to give astonishing full color results with a broader range of media options. With the Heavyweight Champion you can print oversized banners, P-O-P displays, table tents, folding cartons, product packaging, magnetic media, menus, paper bags and more. It also offers a unique straight feed path design that allow users to feed extra thick card stocks, most pre die-cut/perforated blanks and print on sheet sizes from 3” x 5” up to 13” x 52”. The Heavyweight Champion is driven by the easy-to-use iQueue Prepress Workflow that automates and simplifies numerous prepress tasks including imposition/tiling, Right On Spot Color Matching, independent CMYK density adjustment and variable data with Intelligent Mail barcodes, sequential numbering. iQueue also features a universal print driver that can connect to any Adobe® PostScript® printer in your network.
