RICOH Pro C9100/C9110

The RICOH (Booth 1931) Pro C9100/C9110 is Ricoh’s newest high speed, heavy segment production color laser printer. The RICOH Pro C9110 prints at speeds up to 130ppm, while the RICOH Pro C9100 is rated at 110ppm based upon A4. Both presses have a maximum sheet size of 13x192, a maximum monthly volume of one million based on A4, with a duty cycle of 1.75m.

The RICOH Pro C9100/C9110 prints at 1200x4800dpi with VCSEL image quality on a wide variety of media ranging from tree-based to synthetics and envelopes. An ac-transfer system and elastic fusing belt work to highlight output on a variety of heavily textured media which are vacuum-fed from all eight paper drawers (up to 3 LCTs) with a 27"" duplex banner printing option. The RICOH Pro C9100/C9110 supports paper weights of up to 400gsm in both simplex and duplex at rated engine speed. An image feedback system gives real time feedback and correction of engine calibration; and mechanical registration can be easily adjusted by the customer from the operation panel. An internal liquid cooled engine maintains internal engine temperature. Additional productivity support comes from a straight paper path with LED guidance for user intervention.

Ricoh’s media library allows users to adjust and associate 99 different parameters per substrate to help ensure IQ and reliability, including different ICC profiles for front and back of a sheet. Ricoh’s TCRU program (Trained Customer Replaceable Units) enables customers to replace more than a dozen parts for increased uptime and performance.
