Equipped with user-friendly combo media handling system, including conveyer belt and roll to roll system, the new GCC StellarJET K72UV enlarges the media adaptability, provides customers with broader heavy-duty and industrial applications, and readiness of handling media, greatly reducing the process time. The StellarJET K72UV can directly print on flexible media including vinyl, scrim banner, wall paper, film and rigid media including glass, acrylic, aluminum and many more for signage, decorations, furniture, interior decoration, architecture design and other industrial usage. Printable width is up to 1830 mm (72 inches) and up to 50 mm thickness substrate. Also, the GCC StellarJET K72UV also expands the ink channel from 6 to 8, offering more color configuration combinations and printing applications.

In addition to the aforementioned machine advantages, the StellarJET K72UV comes with several sophisticated, user-friendly feature to enhance and simply operations, such as “Auto Media Calibration”, automatically adjusting the printhead carriage height, “Auto UV Lamp Shutter System”, preventing the leakage of UV light and prolonging the UV lamp life. Most importantly, an added value of StellarJET K72UV is that GCC provides a one-of-the-kind total “Total Solution” to perfectly, significantly reinforce UV ink and adhesion performance. The package consists of White, Varnish, primer and top-coat.

With white solution, users can apply it on wider applications and create more brilliant and richer color output on any transparent or dark media; varnish solution gives graphics a brighter finish and tactility; and the primer and top-coat solution can enhance the ink adhesion and protect the image surface, producing a scratch-proof and water-proof effect.
