Xanté Corp. (Booth 201) is debuting its Ilumina 750 GS high definition 750 gsm/34pt press, an affordable way to go digital and begin producing fast full color sheets, cards, envelopes, brochures, and banners. The system prints on a wide variety of media, from bond to heavy card stocks, label stocks; and includes the free iQueue color smart workflow that automates production and delivers brilliant output.

The Ilumina GS print systems are complete high-production digital color solutions that allow small to mid-sized commercial printers to meet the demand for fast full color printing. Each runs high definition color technology, the iQueue Color Smart workflow and high volume feeders/delivery conveyors. The Ilumina Digital Envelope Press GS delivers fast full color envelopes, sheets and cards, and boasts high definition color technology and the company’s free iQueue intelligent color workflow.

Also being shown is the Ilumina Digital Web Press, which prints die-cut converted and non-converted face stocks, paper, synthetics, and adhesive backed substrates. Driven by the company’s superior iQueue intelligent color workflow system, the Ilumina Digital Web press features automatic cutting and prints at 1200 dpi.

Xanté’s Ilumina GT print systems are complete high-production digital color solutions that spotlights true 1200x1200-dpi color printing, high definition color technology, the iQueue color smart workflow and a fast EFI Fiery processor. The Ilumina Digital Production Press GT provides full color printing on a wide variety of media and sheet sizes.

The free iQueue intelligent color workflow by Xanté is a multi-faceted content and production management solution featuring special screening technology designed to support Ilumina Digital Color press users in small to medium sized print shops. The technology allows users to take control of their customers’ digital files, manage production scheduled and deliver improved color and print quality.

Also being shown is the Symphony Flexo, a comprehensive, turnkey PDF workflow that features support for both the Adobe PDF Print Engine (APPE) and Adobe PostScript 3. Symphony Flexo Workflow with SmartDie performs all the repetitive and tedious work of preparing files for output by automatically applying the correct die, step & repeat, distortion, bearer bars and traps to suit a wide variety of presses and production methods.

Now available, Xanté’s PlateMaker 6 total prepress system yields exact halftones, accurate registration, sharp images, and cleaner plates better than ever before. This chemical-free and process-free system gives users the ability to go directly to plate.
