Sub-Hub streamlines the process of obtaining costs for proposed building projects from subcontractors and suppliers. The application provides a secure, online portal to access digital communication tools, a robust contact management system, and tools for viewing and ordering construction plans over the web.
The Company stated that since the introduction of Sub-Hub, customers have requested more control over their projects as their workflow has become more reliant on digital technology. The upgrade to Sub-Hub announced today allows users to create projects with a more flexible workflow, saves more time in project administration, and allows more control over individual bid projects.
"Having the ability to create and upload our own project documents in Sub-Hub?especially addenda?is a huge time saver in our bidding process," said Monte Griffin, Estimator for Wells Construction, Inc., a Northern California-based general contractor specializing in construction and project management.
Sub-Hub requires no investment in additional hardware or dedicated infrastructure to run. Bid Communications and digital file uploads occur entirely over a secure internet connection and are updated within minutes of data entry.
