Precision Paper Company has purchased the assets of Dietzgen, a division of Nashua Corporation. The transaction, which closed on January 27, 2012, will allow for the Dietzgen brand, a recognized symbol of quality and service for over 100 years, to continue throughout the wide-format media industry. Additionally, several key members of the Dietzgen sales force have been retained to ensure a seamless transition.

The Dietzgen customer base will now be served by Precision's national footprint which includes converting facilities in Tampa FL, West Haven CT, Houston TX, Charleston IL, and Corona CA with an additional distribution center in Atlanta, GA. "We are extremely pleased to have completed the Dietzgen acquisition," stated Darren Letang, President of Precision Paper. "This acquisition fits perfectly within our strategic plan for growth and complements our existing business. The Dietzgen name is well respected in the reprographic industry and it gives me great pleasure to welcome all of the Dietzgen customers to our organization."
