RB Converting Acquires HighPoint Packaging

RB Converting, Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of HighPoint Packaging, a division of TC Manufacturing based in Kilgore, TX. HighPoint Packaging specializes in sales and design of high quality gift packaging products.

Ramzy Bathish, president of RB Converting, Inc. said, "We are excited to finalize the agreement with TC Manufacturing and look forward to expanding our winding abilities in our Dallas plant. The company will now have full printing options. With the downswing of our current market this will help diversify our three manufacturing plants. Along with the assets, we have acquired the knowledge and expertise of Tony Van Belkom who specializes in fundraising and Wayne Crown with gift wrap design and sales."
