EFI VUTEk HS100 Pro

The EFI VUTEk HS100 Pro is a 3.2-meter wide, high speed digital UV inkjet press offering the productivity of screen printing, with image quality that approaches offset.

In a market that has seen relatively few viable alternatives to high-volume screen printing on roll and rigid media, the EFI VUTEk HS100 Pro helps PSPs migrate from prep-intensive, analog print methods to UV digital inkjet printing. EFI VUTEk GS-TF System

EFI VUTEk GS-TF is a patented, extremely flexible UV curable digital ink and printer system that enables direct printing to substrates for deep-draw thermoforming applications such as POP displays, backlit electrical signage, vending and gaming machine panels, packaging, and consumer product applications that are difficult to decorate such as the cartop carrier shown.

The EFI VUTEk Pro-TF Ink opens an entirely new market for PSPs, by bringing what was once a separate thermoforming decoration task among sign installation experts to the digital printing space. By replacing what is often a manual, airbrushed decoration process, thermo-formable inks generate significant time and money savings while bringing a new level of high-impact, full-color design opportunities to thermoformed signage and graphic display products.

EFI Jetrion 4900ML

The EFI Jetrion 4900ML UV Inkjet System changes the game, helping print professionals go from a print file directly to a finished roll without interruption. The press’s efficient end-to-end digital label operation is the leanest way to produce labels, with digital printing and digital finishing in a single pass. The press also delivers the lowest cost per finished label, eliminating plates, dies, changeovers, make-ready labor, with additional cost savings because there are no costly click charges and no need for over and under laminates.

EFI VUTEk GS-CP System

The EFI VUTEk GS-CP ink and printer system for corrugated plastic printing are UV-curable and compatible with all brands of white corrugated polypropylene board stock. The inks run on new EFI VUTEk GS2000 Pro-CP and VUTEk GS3250 Pro-CP printers.

The EFI VUTEk GS-CP system gives PSPs a new and significant solution for the potentially lucrative digital printing market for yard sign and other corrugated plastic offerings. The system enables high-quality, durable, extended-gamut printing in eight colors, and it is compatible with virtually every make of corrugated plastic board. EFI Fiery Color Profiler Suite v4.5

Fiery Color Profiler Suite v4.5 is a complete color management solution that allows users to create ICC profiles, optimize spot colors, perform color quality assurance and match color across multiple presses in a digital production environment. The suite is fully integrated with Fiery print servers for toner and inkjet digital printers. This version includes: automated color verification, “Matching” for multiple digital engines and lighting condition profiling.

EFI GlossControl

The EFI GlossControl post-press device modifies the gloss appearance of the printed output from xerographic dry toner printers. GlossControl minimizes the differences in sheen across the printed page and modifies the gloss levels of higher-coverage areas to deliver the print quality customers prefer — without reducing the vividness of the color output.

EFI is demonstrating GlossControl technology that will allow PSP to tailor the gloss level to a specific job and get the quality of litho printing and the benefits of digital printing.

EFI Fiery Go

EFI Fiery Go is a visually appealing and user-friendly native iOS app. It lets users manage their Fiery servers directly from their iPads. The app allows Fiery operators to monitor the status of multiple Fiery servers and manage the jobs on those servers. Using Fiery Go, operators can perform multiple job actions including printing, deleting, previewing, and defining job attributes.

It gives the operator control over Fiery servers from anywhere in the print shop to increase operator productivity and flexibility. The app alerts operators of errors in the print job, paper jams and more. Whether in the bindery in the back of the shop or at the front desk, operators receive alerts and can take immediate action. Easy to learn and use, Fiery Go gives operators more flexibility and allows them to multi-task for higher productivity and labor efficiency.

EFI Fiery JobFlow 1.2

Fiery JobFlow is a prepress workflow automation solution for jobs submitted to a Fiery Driven™ print engine. From any supported Web browser, users can define and automate repetitive prepress tasks such as PDF conversion, preflight checks, correction and editing of PDF files, image enhancement, document imposition and job approval — in a simple, intuitive way.

Version 1.2 offers enhanced access to advanced prepress tools, a job approval workflow, document imposition and installation on a Fiery Central print production system.

EFI Fiery proServer for Cretaprint

EFI Cretaprint is a market leader, driving the transition from analog screen rotary printing to digital inkjet printing on ceramic tiles. The current ceramic tile design and development process is a labor intensive and extremely time-consuming challenge. Tile design can involve days, or even weeks, of trial-and-error iterations on actual production equipment, tying up production lines for hours for each design change (It takes 1 - 2 hours for a single tile to go through the production process). In addition, production managers face day-to-day challenges how to compensate for different glaze, ink, kiln temperature or general production variations and must adjust color manually.
