Grimco Acquires Advantage Sign and Graphic Solutions, Inc.

Grimco Inc, a wholesale sign supply company, announced its acquisition of Advantage Sign and Graphic Solutions, Inc. a full line distributor of equipment and supplies for the wide-format printing market.

“Grimco is excited to welcome the employees, customers, and suppliers of Advantage Sign and Graphic Solutions. This acquisition better positions us to assist our customers across the U.S. We will also enter two new markets, adding branches in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Richmond, Virginia. Our goal is to continue to provide and expand the great service, products, and industry knowledge that has been offered by Advantage Sign and Graphic Solutions for many years,” said Keith Pittillo, president of Grimco – U.S. Division.

With the acquisition of Advantage Sign and Graphic Solutions, Grimco will also continue to distribute Gerber Technology products. “The addition of this product line to our portfolio will allow Grimco to continue growth into the thermal printing market.” said Pittillo.
