Intellicor LLC Acquires Intelligencer Printing

Pemcor Printing Company, LLC and AE Litho, LLC of Beverly, NJ have formed a new company, Intellicor Communications.

Representatives of Lancaster County-based Pemcor Printing Company, LLC and AE Litho, LLC of Beverly, NJ, announced today that they have formed a new company, Intellicor Communications, to acquire Intelligencer Printing Company and combine all three operations. The new company headquarters will be based in Lancaster, PA, in the former Intelligencer Printing building at 330 Eden Road.

Intellicor principals, Jeff Bozzi and Michael Hurly, stated that the new company was formed to bring to reality their vision of consolidating print and communication companies with a reputation for quality work and customer commitment. “This convergence brings together three entities with complementary services and a shared commitment to making communication easier for our clients, no matter their target audience,” Bozzi says.

While printing and mailing services will eventually be consolidated at the Intellicor headquarters on Eden Road in Lancaster, the Pemcor facility at 2100 State Road in Landisville, PA will remain operational for the foreseeable future. The AE Litho facility in Beverly, NJ, will serve as the fulfillment and logistics center for Intellicor. According to Hurly, the integrated marketing division, AIM Communications will remain a strategic focus for the group. “Some see print as a mature industry that has no avenue for real growth. We disagree. True multi-channel integrated marketing, such that AIM offers, works hand-in-hand with print. The synergy created by the birth of Intellicor offers great opportunities for all divisions” Hurly explains.

Dean Baker, newly appointed president of Intellicor, says, “Many of our clients are challenged to do more in less time and with fewer resources. They appreciate the simplicity and convenience of dealing with a single, trusted supplier to execute all their printing, marketing, and communication needs.” He added, “From a nationwide direct mail project or a multi-channel marketing campaign, to branded promotional products, Intellicor is large enough to handle it all, but small enough to be responsive to customer needs.” Baker had a 32 year history with Intelligencer, including serving as president since October 2016.

With this move, the companies combine a wealth of experience, as well as a demonstrated ability to evolve, innovate, and respond to industry trends and demands. Pemcor is an award-winning, industry leader within the mid-Atlantic region and the successor to two former Lancaster County-based printers with more than 100 years in the printing industry. AE Litho specializes in the healthcare and financial markets, providing forms printing, promotional merchandise, mailing, and fulfillment services.

Intelligencer Printing’s expertise lies in direct printing, as well as high-volume, high-quality commercial printing. Intelligencer, which has called Lancaster home for over 200 years, serves as the preferred print provider to many Fortune 500 companies.

It's anticipated that the combined operations of the new company will bring revenue of nearly $50,000,000 per annum. Intellicor leadership noted that the companies will continue operating under their individual names as divisions of Intellicor Communications for the foreseeable future.
