DNP U.S. Group Renamed DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation

Change reflects firm's significant expansion and evolution since it was founded in 1989 to develop dye-sublimation media, barcode ribbon, and thin-film coating technologies.

DNP IMS America, DNP’s U.S. group, today announced it has been renamed DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation (DNP IAM). The change, which will be effective July 1, 2014, reflects DNP’s significant expansion and the evolution of the company since it was founded in 1989 to develop dye-sublimation media, barcode ribbon and thin film coating technologies.
All employees, facilities and operations will continue to operate in their current structure. The name change will be phased in gradually across all aspects of the business, including a new web domain www.dnpimagingcomm.com.
