The franchise Triangle Reprocenter has been providing print services to New Jersey since 1939 and at one point had up to 14 different locations throughout the state. But over the past 3 years have been consolidating locations.

As of January 1, 2012 Triangle Reprocenter of Princeton, located on Nassau St., across from Princeton University changed its name to Princeton Printer (princetonprinter.com). After serving the Princeton Community for 27 years under the Triangle franchise, co-owner William Howard is pleased how his business has adapted to a struggling economy and the constantly evolving print industry.

The long term success of this small business is directly related to the quality service and attentive staff. Each employee has over 15 years of experience and has strong knowledge of how the digital age has created new expectations from a printing business.

“With our expansion to Lawrenceville on Rt. 206, we are able to handle more print jobs, complete them faster, and cover a larger portion of Mercer County” said William Howard, co-owner of Princeton Printer. “Our convenient location on Nassau St. makes us a top choice for students to bind their theses, and our reputation of a quick turnaround has built a loyal small business customer base.”

The local business has incorporated sustainable business practices into daily operations. Solar panels were installed to the roof in May, 2008, making them the first commercial business in Princeton Borough to be powered by solar energy. The shop uses no ink, only toners, and all paper used is recycled and acid-free.

“Being a printing business in a society where everything is going paperless and moving toward more environmentally friendly solutions, we are proud to be taking strides to minimize our impact on the environment.” said Melissa Kelly, graphic design employee and daughter of William Howard.
