Document Outsourcer Novitex Names Irina Novoselsky President
Former Pitney Bowes spinoff bolsters leadership ranks with " financial acumen and entrepreneurialism."
Novitex, the leading provider of innovative, cloud-based solutions in the document outsourcing industry, today announced that Irina Novoselsky has been named President and will report directly to the Chairman and CEO, John Visentin.
“Irina brings a rare combination of financial acumen and entrepreneurialism, with an impressive record in transforming complex operations to consistently drive growth and profitability,” said Visentin. “Commanding several key initiatives within the company, she has already demonstrated the creativity and strategic thinking needed to lead our expansion.”
Since joining the company in 2013, Novoselsky previously served as Head of Business Development, spearheading the creation of its go-to-market strategy, most notably introducing the Integrated Document Life CycleTM (IDLCTM), a first-to-market information management framework that allows clients to capture inherent synergies between services. Additionally, she has been instrumental in developing and investing in offerings, such as Managed Print Services (MPS) and Connect, which address pain points, add value and drive ROI for clients. More specifically, she led the development of the industry’s first cloud-based infrastructure to support MPS through Novitex’s Service Automation Platform, which provides visibility into the workflow and total cost of ownership.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to lead Novitex and to help deliver solutions that have the ability to revolutionize document outsourcing,” said Novoselsky. “Document workflow is about making intelligent decisions based on information transparency. Novitex is in a great position to help clients leverage this comprehensive data to drive better decision making.”
