Toyo Ink Announcement of Merger of Consolidated Overseas Subsidiaries

The merging of the two companies will reinforce the management base and bolster TOYO INK Group’s competitiveness in North America

TOYO INK SC HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (President and Representative Director: Katsumi Kitagawa, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) announces that TOYO INK AMERICA, LLC (United States), the Group’s consolidated subsidiary, has decided to absorb another consolidated subsidiary TOYO INK MFG. AMERICA, LLC. The merger has been implemented as outlined below.

1. Purpose of the merger

The merging of the two companies, our Group’s consolidated subsidiaries, will reinforce the management base and bolster TOYO INK Group’s competitiveness in North America through the coordination of the companies’ functions.

Further, by merging these companies that operate in disparate business domains, the move aims to strengthen the ability to make proposals to customers and accelerate TOYO INK Group’s business expansion in the United States.
