CRM for Monarch

EFI's (Booth 1902)  CRM for Monarch is a new, browser-based customer relationship management module for the Monarch version 13.1.2 print MIS/ERP platform that combines core CRM capabilities with advanced customer connectivity, contact management tools, and e-marketing functionality. The CRM module is unique in its ability to operate in an integrated, print-specific MIS capacity. 

The product synchronizes a printing company’s customers and contacts with the company’s Monarch MIS/ERP, which gives sales staff, CSRs, senior management and other key personnel fully searchable capabilities to manage and track customer details. The CRM provides a central location for not only Sales staff, but other personnel to track activities and communication with customers, making it easy to identify the latest status of customers. Support for company- and contact-level custom fields allow users to specifically tailor their CRM activities to print-production environments. The module gives printing company personnel important relationship and campaign management capabilities, plus it includes iOS mobile support and extends printing companies’ reach in connectivity, communication and tracking with support for RSS features and Twitter social connectors.
