Our new admin panel allows you to set up the entire personalization process, starting with adding new products, configuring their options and attributes, and uploading design templates. In a nutshell, the newest version of Customer’s Canvas provides its users with a comprehensive control center for their web-to-print integration.

Any web-to-print system also requires a backend that stores templates, image galleries, fonts, and other elements. The new admin panel streamlines this process as well.

Product template management
Product templates are a key component of many online product personalization use cases. The latest version of Customer’s Canvas adds new capabilities to your toolkit for managing design templates and their features.

Customer’s Canvas users can now set up a template in the admin panel with the built-in editor. Templates can be created from scratch or imported from uploaded Adobe InDesign or Photoshop files. In addition to creating the design, users can also set up rules for template elements to guarantee that they adhere to specific guidelines during the personalization process. This is a great way to prevent mistakes and ensure brand consistency. Thanks to compatibility with Adobe files, employees don’t need additional skills to set up these templates in the admin panel.
