Draeger will also be participating as a panelist in a discussion with Brian Cox, senior director, RR Donnelley; Matt Swain, managing director and practice lead, Communications Consulting, Broadridge; and Linda Woodward, VP of strategic accounts, Hatteras Inc. The panel, “The Evolution: Reshaping the Customer Experience,” will be held Tuesday, October 6, at 10:00 a.m. ET. This session will discuss how businesses leverage new technologies to improve interactions with customers.

Draeger’s educational session, “Point and Laugh at the Digital Transformation Mistakes of Others,” will be held on Thursday, October 8 at 11:25 a.m. ET. During this session, Draeger will share common digital transformation mistakes organizations make and how to avoid them.
