Data Preflight for BCC Mail Manager

The Data Preflight option for BCC Mail Manager™ (Booth 2367) - included with BCC Mail Manager Full Service™ - simplifies the creation of sample, proof, and exception records from a mailing list.

Data Preflight checks output (data or print) prior to printing any mailpieces. The criteria allow you to build almost any set of samples, signoffs, seeds, and quality control labels. It also allows you to generate a detailed report of all the selected records before you generate any file, inkjet, or paper label output so you can be sure of your accuracy before you spend time printing the pieces.

By combining samples, signoffs, seeds, and quality control labels, as well as removing manual processes, you will increase accuracy, reduce time spent generating samples and reports, and provide new value through truncation analysis.
