PBM Graphics, a full service printing and graphics company, is one of the largest manufacturers of game cards in North America. PBM recently installed two new bi-directional Rollem card converting systems to increase production of their card converting. The Slipstream MKII is Rollem’s latest system for high volume cutting and collating of playing cards and other types of game card products. At the push of a button the Slipstream MKII trims all four edges of a sheet and the multiple printed images, then collects and delivers all the portions into a fully collated set and transfers the packs to the in-line full punch die cutter, and a final over-wrapping system.

The accuracy of the Slipstream MKII delivers a +/- 0.1mm margin of accuracy, this means that cards produced six months ago from a different batch will marry identically to those produced in a new run today.

PBM also received installation of a Rollem Jetstream Auto-Collator system for additional bi-directional converting work.
