The Crossfire SE left attendees in awe as they witnessed it in operation

October 16, 2012

Attendees of Graph Expo in Chicago, IL, witnessed the introduction of the latest in the line of High-speed Sorting Systems from NPI, the Crossfire SE. Dubbed the "fastest letter sorter in the world", the Crossfire SE left attendees in awe as they witnessed the Crossfire SE in operation.

At over 100,000 envelopes per hour (reaching almost 110,000 at times), the Crossfire SE’s small footprint, quiet operation and ergonomically designed stackers ran flawlessly throughout the 4 day event.

The Crossfire SE’s futuristic single-ended induction station allows for one operator to load the same amount of mail as would be loaded on two separate machines. Coupled with strategic sort scheming and work flow control, the Crossfire SE can now reduce your labor saving by 30% or more.

In addition, NPI demonstrated its Business Optimization Suite known as OpteSort.  This new software suite incorporates an arsenal of assessment and analysis tools to save mailers time and money.

NPI sorters employ state-of-the-art, patented technologies that are designed to address the most important issues in mail sorting today. NPI sets the standard for affordable, high quality, low maintenance machines, while meeting the highest expectations in automated mail sorting with the industry’s most compact design.
