Worldlabel.com Launches Ecommerce Site for Blank labels
Worldlabel.com's new eCommerce website offers modernized shopping functions and is mobile friendly.
You’ve ordered labels before, and you know what a pain it can be to find the right combination of material, quality, quantity, and price that works for your needs. It becomes so difficult at times, that you might avoid making changes because the first go-round took so much time and energy.
Worldlabel.com, convertor of blank sheet labels for laser and inkjet printing, listened and made changes to their ordering process so that customers now can feel comfortable with making changes and first-time choices. Their new eCommerce responsive website offers modernized shopping functions and is mobile friendly.
In business since 1998, Worldlabel has spent time listening to their customers as well as Google’s suggestions for upgrading to a mobile-friendly site. “These changes needed to be made years ago,” said Russell Ossendryver, President of Operations. “The changes in this site represent a large investment, but it was a must to keep customers happy and to attract new buyers.”
The new site offers a much better user experience for users on all types of computers and devices, especially smartphones and tablets. Worldlabel focused specifically on customer needs as they perused through the site, trying to make it as intuitive and as easy to shop as possible by label size, use, and materials. The largest upgrade occurred in the shopping by materials channel. With over 120 sizes and 30 different materials, the intuitive choices option has reduced the time on site for viewers to find what they need. Pages were added for each of the materials used in printing labels, so that customers may browse among sizes in any of the materials and shop for labels in that specific material.
Worldlabel also added more function for usability. Once a customer has picked a label size, the shopping selector will allow that customer to browse materials and pick a quantity for that size label easily with intuitive dialogues on material specifications.
In addition to the enhanced user experience, Worldlabel improved the free download template section with label template channels based on file formats, including a Word template channel as well as Openoffice/Liberoffice, PDF templates, and more. Users can now select a template by file format type making navigation and downloading much easier.
