Gotha Druck und Verpackung GmbH & Co.KG Chooses Goss Sunday 5000 to Expand Portfolio
A full-service web offset print provider has signed a deal for a Goss International Sunday 5000 press to boost capacity.
Gotha Druck und Verpackung GmbH & Co., a full-service web offset print provider, has signed a deal for a Goss International Sunday 5000 press to boost capacity at its production site in Günthersleben-Wechmar, Germany.
The Goss Sunday 5000, configured with two PCF-3 combination folders will give Gotha Druck operational flexibility without reducing the maximum output capability. The press will be used to produce high quality retail work including adverts and will be an expansion of Gotha's existing product portfolio.
According to Jörg Creutzburg, joint managing director at Gotha, Goss press technology and the enhanced support and service offered was a key factor in this purchase decision. The Sunday 5000 will enable improved product cycles and print turnarounds at the company. "Goss had a very good understanding of what we needed and, in true partnership, demonstrated the proven print quality and productivity of the Sunday 5000 press before we made our purchase decision" he comments. "The Sunday 5000 will ensure that Gotha's high standards are maintained and we look forward to welcoming the first Goss press to our family" adds Ralf Creutzburg, joint Managing Director.

Gotha Druck und Verpackung GmbH & Co. is a family owned company, run by two brothers Jörg and Ralf Creutzburg. The company is already running seven web and two sheetfed offset presses around the clock. The Goss Sunday 5000 is scheduled for installation in early 2018.
