Spartan Business Systems Sold to Digital Office Solutions

Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. has announced that Spartan Business Systems was sold to Digital Office Solutions (DOS).

Located in Spartanburg, SC, Spartan Business Systems is a copier/printer dealership that also provides MFP and IT services. DOS is a copier, MFP dealership headquartered in Columbia, SC.  Prosperity Plus represented Bill Scism and Dennis Kimbrell, of Spartan Business Systems throughout the transaction. 

Scism, the CEO of Spartan Business, was quoted as saying, "I am confident that the team at Digital Office Solutions will prove to be a great resource for the customers of Spartan Business as  Dennis and I transition out of the business." DOS will be retaining the Spartan team moving forward.
