The new Hasler HJ3630 and HJ3640 addressing systems are superior, heavy-duty production address printers offering versatility and professional mailings to a wide variety of organizations. The HJ3630 and HJ3640 can be seamlessly integrated with existing equipment to create a new production mail environment or to expand your present mailing operation. Both printers have the capability to accommodate nearly any size document, while also providing high quality, 600 dpi address, barcode, text and graphics for a professional mailpiece every time. Printing up to 40,000 addresses per hour, the HJ3630 and HJ3640 are Intelligent Mail® Barcode ready. They offer spot color printing for versatile messaging, and utilize envelope design software for creating personalized mailings.

The HJ3630 uses six print heads with an adjustable 3" print area. This fixed head printer with robotic print head positioning remembers the address position by envelope size or print job, keeping repetitive print jobs consistent with each mail run. This unique feature reduces set up time and speeds up job turnaround.

The HJ3640, the only address printer in its price range to offer a 6" print area, is print configurable, allowing users to add up to 12 print heads. It utilizes a vacuum base system to reduce the chance of misfeeds. It is a fixed head printer with variable print head positioning, letting you personalize your mail by placing addresses, graphics, teaser messages and a postal permit anywhere on the mailpiece.
