Change: For the last several years, we have been acutely aware of the true meaning of this word especially when it comes to the printing industry. It’s a word we sometimes fear, but it is also something we must address and manage if we want to improve.

With the September issue of Quick Printing, you will notice something new. We are officially announcing the re-branding of the magazine to Printing News. Never fear, we will continue to deliver the same awesome multi-channel content you have come to know and love, but Quick Printing grew far beyond its roots of being a brand for the quick and small commercial printing segment to a powerful voice for the entire commercial, sign, and digital printing industry.

At the same time, we are also re-branding MyPRINTResource.com to PrintingNews.com to drive home the synergies between the print and online brand. It will be the same great multi-media content, lead generation, community building, and sharing opportunities with a better name.

Wide-Format Imaging is also getting an upgrade in September. Since 2000, Wide-Format Imaging has been covering the sign and imaging markets. The new brand—Wide-Format & Signage, the premiere source for the visual communications industry—will provide the timely and informative cross-media content you’ve come to rely on and expect each month.

We will continue to focus on the important growth market of inkjet with Inkjet’s Age in the fall and into next year, as well.

This week, your e-Newsletters will start to come from Printing News and they will contain the same great content in these focused areas of content:

• Video content & weekly e-Newsletter
• Wide Format & Signage
• Digital & Inkjet
• Labels & Packaging
• Finishing & Mailing
• Prepress & Workflow
• Offset
• Paper & Consumables
• Management, Marketing & Trade Services
