Prosperity Plus Assists International Mailing Equipment in the Sale of Part of its San Francisco Bay Area Territory

Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. has announced that International Mailing Equipment sold part of its San Francisco Bay area territory to Neopost USA.

International Mailing Equipment (IME), headquartered in Sacramento, CA, is an authorized dealer for Hasler as well as other vendors including Omation, Martin Yale, DataPac, Secap, Plockmatic, Hamilton Sorter and a handful of other mailing and shipping system vendors and has been in business for over 28 years. In the transaction IME sold 3 of its 33 counties to Neopost for an undisclosed amount. IME continues to do business in the 30 counties that cover the North Bay and Sacramento Valley areas.

"The sale of this portion of our territory allows IME to focus on the heart of our customer base and the core of our business. It also strengthens our partnership with Neopost USA," said Rob Biedenweg, President of International Mailing Equipment.

Specific terms behind the acquisition were not disclosed.
