Graphic Art Systems Celebrates 20th Anniversary of Eagle System Products

On January 26th, Graphic Art Systems Inc. held its European sales managers meeting at the Berlin Hilton Hotel. The meeting was held to update the sales team on the latest Eagle System print enhancement equipment and all the new technologies released this last year. Michael King, president of Graphic Art System the leader in foil technology, was extremely enthusiastic at the optimistic response of his team. He spoke of the orders received this past year and the potential in the various regions for the both hot and cold products creating excitement within the group. King stated "we have stood the test of time for the last twenty years and I look forward to the next twenty."

As part of the educational seminar Bill Wachtenheim (US Sales manager for GAS) spoke on his expertise in the cold foil area answering the question and concerns of our customers. He stated, "We need to educate our customers and who better than the foil experts Eagle System."

John Hall, Sales Manager for the UK market and Key Accounts Manager for all of Europe, spoke on Hot foil applications and the trends, and requirements in the area. Hall, with a number of years in this area, brought a lot to the table. Hall said, "Eagle has all the tools for hot foil. Lets educate our customers."

As part of the sales educational seminar Sabrina Durastante, International Product Manager for Graphics, Cosmetics & Fashion for Kurz Germany, was very instrumental in teaching the basic as well as some new specialty foil being introduced by Kurz.

On the Hot side: Our sales managers were asked to contact existing Eagle users to get our free software update package available which will work on all Windows versions up to and including Windows 7, Just released January 2011 as our 20th year anniversary gift to our supporters / customers.

On the Cold foil side: The Eagle Eco Cold Foil module with FoilSave. The only cold foil module with proven foil saving capabilities as standard.
