MBM Corporation has added the ES series of pressure seal machines from Paitec USA to its product lineup.
MBM Corporation has added the ES series of pressure seal machines from Paitec USA to its product lineup. The Paitec USA pressure seal machines are considered by many to be the most technologically advanced and affordable units in the marketplace today.
According to Ned Ginsburg, President & Chief Financial Officer of MBM, "The market for pressure seal self-mailers continues to grow as corporations and government agencies seek to become greener mailers by eliminating the use of envelopes when possible. And possible changes in tabbing requirements by the United States Postal Service will make pressure seal technology a more cost effective solution than traditional tabbing solutions."
Mike Venittelli, Senior VP of Sales & Marketing for MBM, added, "We take pride in offering our customers the most dependable equipment in each of our product categories and the ES series of machines from Paitec USA continues that tradition."
MBM Corporation will be offering the whisper quiet ES2000 desktop machine which can process up to 20,000 forms per month at speeds of up to 2,200 pieces per hour; the table top ES5000 which has a monthly duty cycle of 50,000 forms and a speed of up to 4,250 pieces per hour; and the ES7000 which has an industry leading feed table which can hold up to 1,400 forms while it processes them at speeds of up to 7,000 pieces per hour and up to 125,000 forms per month.
Pressure seal technology is typically used for such transactional mail as Payable and Payroll checks, Invoices, Statements, Insurance Cancellation Notices, Code Enforcement Violation Notices, and Tax Notices including W2 and 1099 forms and Property Tax Assessments. There is also a growing market for using pressure seal technology for Annual Privacy Notices, Membership ID Cards, Banking PIN Number Notifications, and Advertising Mailers.
Pressure seal equipment folds and seals specially manufactured forms which have dry cohesive glue around the edges of the form which seal tight under the pressure of the seal rollers. Depending on the design, the forms can be easily opened as the mail recipient slides their fingers along the mailing piece's edges or the forms can be designed with tear off edges when security and privacy is a concern.
Peter Nguyen, President of Paitec USA, believes that "having MBM Corporation market the ES series of pressure seal machines through its proven channels of distribution will offer more end users a better choice for their pressure seal equipment needs." He added that, "We look forward to providing the factory technical support to ensure that our ES pressure seal machines exceed the MBM end users' expectations."
