September 20, 2018

Intec Printing Solutions, which has its international head office in Poole in Dorset, launched the first in a new range of digital printing presses in January, 2009 with further new models at an international printing exhibition held at the NEC in May this year. A great deal of interest in the new model range was expressed and since then the number of international distributors for the Intec’s printers has more than doubled to over 60 countries.

Managing Director, Ian Melville, said “I am absolutely delighted that we, as a UK company, are now exporting our printing systems to countries as far afield as Australia, India, Middle East, Malaysia, Africa, Russia to name a few and now the USA. Certainly we are bucking the trend by seeing substantial growth in sales and even more exciting is that most of our growth is coming from export sales from around the globe”.

Michael Sparbeck has been named Intec Printing Solutions VP of Sales & Marketing for North America. “Michael Sparbeck has many years of experience developing distribution channels within in North America. While establishing a proven track record throughout the years, he has demonstrated a level professionalism and integrity that fits in well with Intec Printing Solutions” said Ian Melville.

Intec Printing Solutions has put it’s success down to the fact that all of it’s products are professional but affordable full color digital printing presses with a range of unique capabilities. Users can print everything from packaging materials, greetings cards, magnetic signage, point of sale, heat transfer stocks, envelopes, labels, banners and posters, gatefold brochures as well as all the more normal digital printing and much more on an Intec printer.

In addition the products are exceptionally reliable and specifically designed so that the users do not need to rely on expensive service and support agreements as everything is modular and all consumables can simply be replaced as required by the operator in literally a few seconds.

So it is not all doom and gloom in the print and graphics industries – there are companies that are successful, creating new jobs and growing the UK’s exports.
