Ricoh Production Print Solutions, LLC (RPPS, henceforth referred to as "Ricoh") is a strategic business unit within the Ricoh Family Group of Companies. Ricoh delivers greater customer value by bringing together internal resources to develop, market and support industry-leading, end-to-end offerings for production print customers such as the InfoPrint 5000, InfoPrint Automated Document Factory (ADF) and InfoPrint Precision Marketing solutions.

The unit’s reach spans across a wide range of printing environments, including light production, wide-format and production print solutions. It offers many hardware, software and professional services solutions targeted to service bureaus, direct mailers, multichannel marketers, data centers, commercial and in-plant printers.

Ricoh has also established a leadership role in both Precision Marketing and Workflow solutions. These customizable solution packages enable companies to communicate to customers via valuable white space on trusted documents. Precision Marketing and Workflow solutions have also been named a leader in ADF by analyst firms Gartner and IDC.

Mr. Shiro (Simon) Sasaki is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Daisuke Segawa is President and Chief Operating Officer of the company.
