Aleyant Acquires Keen's Web-to-Print Business

Innovation, Growth, Expansion Highlight Aleyant's First Decade

Aleyant (Booth 439) has acquired San Francisco-based Keen's web-to-print business. Aleyant's acquisition includes Keen's web-to-print technology platform, web-to-print customers and their name, logo, and brand. Current Keen web-to-print customers will be able to transition to Aleyant's award-winning PresseroTM web-to-print platform. Aleyant will also take over Keen's Web2Award-winning "Print Is Big" industry promotion campaign.  The PrintMo marketplace service is not part of this transaction and will continue to operate as a separate service.
