International Waterless Print Association Holds Annual Meeting Monday
At PRINT 13, IWPA will hold a membership meeting and conduct a waterless-printing brainstorming session involving print practitioners, technology specialists, and representatives from leading vendors of waterless technologies, including Toray and Presstek.
The International Waterless Printing Association (IWPA), a nonprofit organization, promotes and communicates the unique advantages of waterless printing to printers, suppliers, and print buyers. Waterless printing offers significant benefits, including improved print quality, color stability, and productivity, reports Joel Friedman, executive director of IWPA. It also allows printers to apply dazzling colors and embellishments to a wide variety of substrates including plastics and synthetic papers.
