Wetzel Brothers, a Consolidated Graphics Inc. company based in Cudahy, WI, purchased Fujifilm’s Inca Onset S40i flatbed UV inkjet printer on display at GRAPH EXPO 2012. The new press, currently being demonstrated for the first time in the U.S., will be delivered to Wetzel Brothers, which has a specialty in retail point-of-purchase (POP) solutions, after the close of the show.

“Adding the S40i to our existing production line will give us the capacity and capability to help us grow our wide format inkjet business,” said Cory Spencer, president, Wetzel Brothers.

The Inca Onset S40i flatbed UV inkjet printer includes many new innovative features that raise the bar for what was already the fastest flatbed series in the world. It meets the high-volume, fast-turnaround production needs of commercial offset as well as display graphics printers, producing superb POP-quality display graphics at 5,059 sqft, the equivalent to 94 full beds per hour (123x63”) and onto substrates up to 2" thick.
