Pitney Bowes (Booth 2610) yesterday announced that Incepture Print Solutions, Jacksonville, FL, has ordered two IntelliJet 20 Printing Systems and two Mailstream Wrapper Productivity Series to help produce high-quality health insurance communications. The IntelliJet 20 printing system is based on the HP T200 inkjet web press. The integrated print-and-mail technology will enable Incepture Print Solutions to create a “White Paper Factory” environment, which eliminates the need for preprinted forms and envelopes. All documents and envelopes are created and printed from rolls of plain white paper. These automated solutions will help provide high-integrity and process control for producing health insurance communications, including statements and bills.

“In today’s high-volume printing and mailing environment, white paper factory solutions cannot only help increase efficiency, they can help organizations link print-and-mail to produce more engaging, colorful statements and bills for their customers,” said Grant Miller, vice president, global strategic product management, Document Messaging Technologies, Pitney Bowes.

“With the White Paper Factory solutions from Pitney Bowes, Incepture Print Solutions can cost-effectively produce full-color, high-quality documents for our customers, in addition to monochrome documents that we offer today,” said Gene Rauch, director, Incepture Print Solutions. “The increased performance capabilities of this technology will be a key component of our strategy to grow our business and offer competitive pricing to our customers.”

The IntelliJet 20 Printing System helps companies transition their printed communications from monochrome to vibrant color so they can communicate more effectively with their customers. The system can consistently print full color, 100-percent variable data at production speeds of up to 400 feet per minute. The IntelliJet 20 Printing System prints at 1,200 nozzles-per-inch native resolution regardless of print speed for predictable quality and service level agreement (SLA) attainment.

The Mailstream Wrapper Productivity Series transforms mail finishing into a highly efficient, continuous workflow by using continuous rolls of paper to produce high-quality envelopes. This unique technology allows mailers to cost-effectively produce a high-quality, finished mailpiece with the look of a traditional business envelope. The system can easily integrate into existing mail finishing and print operations.
