Broad Street Publishing, the publishers of Trend Newspapers, realized it needed to find a way to stand out in the marketplace. That prompted a call to Evergreen Printing in Bellmawr, N.J. to discuss a hybrid product that would complement the recognized masthead while incorporating changes for increased acceptance by advertisers and a better reception by consumers of a product that is delivered by mail.

Now called My Community Trend Extra, these monthly publications reach communities in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
