Madison Advisors’ senior analyst, Gina Ferrara, will be leading an educational session focused on customer communications management (CCM) at the 2019 Xploration Tour on Thursday, September 5 at Broadridge Financial Services in Coppell, TX. Ferrara will present, “CCM – Is it Time to Rethink and Refresh?” from 9:40 to 10:30 a.m.

Ferrara’s presentation covers how the convergence of customer experience management (CXM), digital transformation and CCM is putting pressure on enterprises to rethink their current strategies for CCM. This session will explore the challenges and risks inherent in upgrading a current strategy for communicating with customers, as well as the impact on the customer experience when companies decide to forgo an upgrade and maintain the “status quo.”
